You know, I heard T.O. was on the board interviewing new head coaches for the Cowboys because he officially runs the team now hahaha.
He'll stay with the Cowboys. He now has a head coach that he can push around to get his way. Seriously, Phillips was Defensive Coordinator for the Chargers and was probably well aware of Merriman's PED (Performance Enhancing Drugs) usage. Can you imagine what he'll let T.O. get away with???

If he isn't in Dallas, I think he will land in Oakland. The Raiders and TO are a perfect match.

Actually from what I can tell, he is a very slim man. He could probably kick your ***. So I really wouldnt be calling him fat.
