Hi -

Go to

"My Computer"

Local Disc C:

Program Files

Then search for your IPod folder, or a parent folder. Your IPOD folder may be located under a different name, though.

For example, I have Kerio Personal Firewall. But, the company that makes Kerio, is Lavasoft. So, in my Program Files, my Kerio program, is in the Lavasoft folder.

Delete the folder. If it says it cannot be deleted, then you have the IPOD program running. You need to press CTRL+ALT+DELETE all at the same time. This brings up Task Manager. Go to the Processes tab, then click User Name. This sorts all of the programs that you have installed, compared to already installed services. Find the IPod program, then click End Process, then click yes. Then try deleting the folder again.

Good luck!

Go to the start menu and look on there to see if there's a title called ipod then put your mouse over it and it should have something on that menu about uninstalling.
