Yeah, 14 yrs I have suffered from depression. It's not always an end of the world feeling, but I've had many and many days accompanied by mood swings, up and down emotions, tears and all the things that go with it. The thing is to take the steps to do what you can to deal with it the best way you can.

The 171 mg of Efexor (anti depressant medication) would lead me to say yes.

I was 2 years ago for a long time. I got through it by getting closer to my friends and getting lost in music(weird but it DID work). Thankfully I didn't give in to my suicidal thoughts because now I am SO happy I am alive!!!

we are poor undesired and depressed it takes no genius to know this it just takes avoiding it like the plague to get along with it
next time you get a million dollars remember how to enjoy it cause u could fall for this emotion again~LOL

Yes, however, I didnt think I was, I wasnt sad and rying all the time, but I was sleeping all the time and couldnt finish a task to save my life.
