provided that everything you said it´s true. here goes..
take pride in the power of writing... see, every time something inappropriate happens to you or the class in particular, have every detail written how, when where, where, what was said, and most important in what manner, once it´s finished have signed by the students who were affected ask your principal or secretary to sign you a copy of it (proof that it was delivered ), they will have to deal with it, especially if it the second one. you and every breathing soul deserve to be respected, whether your are a real pain or some spoiled kid. you´re teacher a paid professional who must control his emotions. if personalities clash in or out of the classroom, it is your teacher who must take a proactive response. i for instance react like this when i frustrated with my work in general, not to mention what i go through at home. the principal will call him to sort thing out,he´ll be told to calm down BUT from then on he´ll look for an excuse to fail you without you becoming aware. he might do this at the end of the semester. he will save whatever cute thing you do in class with one or two witnesses and quietly he´s drop the bomb on you when least expected. IF i were you ( not the whiny type like you sound ) i would try to be smart, and start siding with him at every occasion, especially with your school duties and manners. befriend with him. in the long run, you´ll have him in your pocket and he might get you out trouble. be honest about what you say or do in and out of class, at fist he´ll smell nothing but BS from you, but he will gradually change. talk to your parents first about any plan you wish to take on.

haha i had a math teacher in 7th grade that i asked questions to a lot and she would never answer the question, but just beat around the bush and it got really annoying and once called another student stupid. I got so mad at her me and some other people wanted to like make signs and posters about her and everything. In the end we told the principle and we saw her talk to the math teacher.

You didn't say what grade you are in but you need to speak with the school counselor. They can usually get these kinds of hassles ironed out right away but you have to let them know it's happening before they can.

Raise the matter with the counselor but you must be "clean" so as not to give him an escape route. Your parents can also speak with the Principal.

If he is calling your parents, and your parents are annoyed they should speak with him in person. And maybe even sit in on your class. Then I bet something would get done and you might even stop doing what you are not supposed to be doing.
