this is a common Nigerian scam!
stay away from that.
after that, she (the hiden conman) will ask you for other money for expences, and before long you will spend on someone sweet life a big amounts

If you have a credit card with no balance (and a limit higher then $1500), you can do a cash advance (you need a pin) and wire her the money.

If she knows you have no money, she may not want to come anymore. Sounds very strange.
