I think her mother should! It's such a shame when you can not die in peace. I really liked her. A lot of people did not understand her, but I think she was awesome!

Her mother, she is the legal next of kin. However, I believe she would want to be buried next to her son in the Bahamas.
I could understand why her mother would want her brought back to Texas, but if she chooses that, she should also bring her grandson back to Texas to be buried with his mother.
I wonder why Anna chose the Bahamas all of a sudden? I truly think everyone would be happier if both her and Danny were buried in her home town.

Though, she had an uneven relationship with her mother, Anna Nicole's mother should retain possession of her remains. Personally, I would be afraid that Howard K. Stern would do something weird like her preserved or put her in to some tacky, over the top, masoleum.

Her mother. Her mother is her only adult living next-of-kin.
There is no spouse. Her mother should take the body home and bury it.
HKS has no rights. He is a golddigging squater who is sure to be evicted.
The baby should have her DNA tested and compared to the DNA taken from Anna Nicole and the two main contenders for the role of "daddy".
Personally I hope the father turns out to be none of the above, and the baby goes to Texas to live a normal life.

I always felt sorry for her. I think that wherever she is buried they should bury her son next to her. I'm almost to the point where I think the baby would be better off if someone adopted her that wasn't any family member at all. What a curse that money is. If the nuts would just divide it instead of having it tied up in court until they all die off anyway.

Her mother since Howard k Stern and Anna Nicole were never married. If they were, I would say he does but Anna Nicole mother should have the right to bury her.

I think Howard K. Stern should get it. He would know what Anna Nicole would have wanted more than her mother. Her family never cared for her and they don't care for you in death either.

Like her mom is going to desecrate her body. I think her mom is going to do a better job of taking care of ANS's body than Howard K. Stern. He's only in it for the money, so he shouldn't have any rights to her body.

And with the results of the paternity test the baby should go to the dad. It they are unable to locate the dad she should go to her mother.
