Russia took Poland from Germany, which took Poland from the Polish people. Russia left at the same time as the "wall got here down" and after years of solidarity chipping away at its foundations in Poland. the U. S. invaded Iraq lower than the pretext that there have been guns of mass destruction. previous to that, Iraq grow to be held lower than a dictatorship and militia form junta led through Saddam Hussein who took it at the same time as the former president of Iraq "retired" quite than get shot. The Iraqi's do have a functioning authorities that kinds and reforms coalitions each and each and every of the time. they don't have any want to have the U. S. in there anymore than the U. S. needs to stay in there. If the violence subsides sufficiently that Iraqi protection forces can keep a lid on issues, the U. S. will be out. so some distance as i'm worried, its no longer a conflict; its an occupation and its maximum ideal to go away once is achievable. so some distance as staying in there 100 years. that is suggested as "rhetoric". no one should be in there any further than needs be. Timetables do not paintings. That in trouble-free terms signals to the insurgents and rabble-rousers (lots of whom are not any further even Iraqis) to flow in. the problem in Iraq isn't its people, its the Jordanians, Saudis, Taliban-like critters, and different difficulty-makers who surged in to Iraq to target to fill the potential vacuum at the same time as Saddam grow to be ousted from potential. The invasion grow to be properly-planned, the occupation grow to be ill-planned. What am i able to assert? it is compared to coping with Europeans after the conflict. They were a minimum of civilized. What went on in Iraq grow to be 0.5-way civilized and nil.5-way brutal. Its troublesome to quell that type of pent-up rage. with any success it is going to all subside and we may be able to get out quickly.

The US and Iraq conflict has been going on for a while.. I think it goes back to the Gulf war...
I think the US's problem is that it gets involved too much...

And for the stupid guy that said because its a culture gap.. Umm.. Ur stupid.. if you look at the statistics.. you will see that many American men treat their women a lot worse than many arab men do.
Arab women arent oppressed..

The willful ignorance and bizarre religious beliefs of the president, combined with the avarice of the "defense" contractors who are raking in bushels of dough.

There is a gap in both of our cultures...they oppress women and do other things that we find "weird", so we are bound to not get along...
