Ok I had a baby dec 17th 2006. I have had my peroid since I had him I got my tubes tide so maybe thats why I have had it. I do have alittle of cancer cervical. I went to the doctors for my 6 week checkup and she toldme to take 2 birth control pill everyday for 5 days and that should stop it but it didn't. I need to know other people's advice on this please. Is there something wrong with me?

if you have had abnormal paps and have been diagnosed with dysplasia(early cancer) then you NEED to have that removed, by cryo treatments which means they freeze the cancer. the period issue could just be the fact that your hormone levels are extremely low so you are having a really long period. the doctor told you to take two pills everyday because that would in crease the level of hormones in your system. it can also increase the growth of cervical cancer.
if the doctor who prescibed your birth control IS NOT aware of the cervical cancer diagnosis the you must tell them. get it removed NOW.

you shouldnt be taking 2 birth control pills a day thats not right you need to see a different dr. real soon to see whats wrong!!!
