I hope Eric Chavez is 100% healthy. He's very consistent, but had an off year with back injury most the year. Either him or Nick Swisher.

Let's go Oak-land!!!!!

going with Rich Harden. The poor boy has to have a good year with all his bad injury luck. he's a cy young waiting to happen.I saw him pitch 4 or 5 outs away from a perfect game back in 2005 and it was awesome. If can get back in that kind of form and rhythm, he's not of this planet.

If not him, I am hoping that the loss of frank thomas does not hurt Nick Swisher. Hopefully he learned enough about patience and dilligence by Thomas and Ron Washington to perform well on his own. He had one heck of a year last year and hopefully will do that again.

If healthy the MVP of your Oakland A's has to be Eric Chavez. How good of a year he will have will depend on Bobby Crosby and Nick Swisher being healthy.

Nick Swisher, hands down. I believe that his talent will step up a notch this season and hope for good things to come for the A's!

Rich Harden... Swisher and Chavez will put up numbers, but starters are hard to find, and they have a good one still in Harden.
