Why are white people still tolerating affirmative action?

We've been duped by our governemnt. They need black votes in order to win elections. This is the tradeoff that lead us to where we are today. We need to rid ourselves of this silly one sided law that keeps the white race from continuing to create positive history

Affirmative action is the law as we all know. It does have positive benefits to the nation. While you may disagree with that statement, it is true. That said, I would agree that it needs to be modified. Modified that quotas are no longer required, but with the added requirement to demonstrate that those that were not promoted who might have been under the original structure, were actually not promotion material. I worked for a fortune 500 company in South Carolina that advanced both women, and black people who demonstrated almost daily that they simply were not qualified for the jobs that they held. Yet, by company decision, as well as government stricture, these people were advanced. It did hurt the company in it's ability to produce a good product.
So, I do believe that affirmative action needs to be modified.

First, there is no white race as scientifically we all have malanin and are different tones of brown. Just hold a white piece of paper up to your skin and you'll see you are not white.

The reason affirmative action exists is because racism is alive and thriving.

Your question reveals fear as instead of proposing that we all need equal opportunities you are concerned with the "white" place in history. You and those who think like you, are the reason reasonable, beige skin people, see the need for affirmative action.

So, you defeat yourself.
