How many whips given at full strength by a fit, athletic and strong woman about 5'1'' and 135-145 pounds weight, using a bullwhip without the cracker (the tip which creates the crack of the whips, so the whip doesn't cut like a knife) can a man take?

Ok, first, I did see the video.....it's from the group womenandwhips, or singletailladies, I think, divided in two halfs...now, the guy gets 18 lashes in 20 seconds at half the power of Mistress Julia's arm.....I know he was cropped with a riding crop and worked over some whips like the cat o' nine tails and such before the buggy whip they use, which has no cracker at the tip so it doesn't cut as deep.

so essentially because you can't handle your alcohol, you now want a pay check for it? No you cannot sue. It is not their responsibility to babysit you. How would they know you were too drunk? Everyone acts differently, some annoying people act like a drunk when they are sober and vice versa. You should be asking your friends why they didn't check you and not be wanting a quick payday for something that is totally and completely your fault (FYI there is probably a sign somewhere in the club that is a disclaimer) Look at it this way, if a drunk leave a bar and falls on the side walk, can he sue the city? You have a very long shot for a sustainable suit. I doubt you will win but if you just have to try it, see if you can find an attorney that will take the suit on contingiency. If you can't find one willing to do it on that "you pay me only if we win" basis, that tells you that your chance of winning is VERY SLIM in the attorneys professional opinion and experience! I wouldnt risk any "up-front" money to bring the case to court because your chance of winning a judgement is really not good as most of the answerers have been pointing out.

It depends upon the area hit with the strikes. If you re adept and can open the skin on the spine it s likely you can not only have the recipient pass out but you ll successfully kill or paralyze him/her.
