How can someone be a "workaholic" if there is no such thing as "workahol"?

Nor is there "shopahol", or "chocohol".

There is a such thing as "workahol." Most people just call it by it's more popular term:

'Get your lazy fat a** off the couch and get a frigg'n job or my mother is moving in.'

Oh I think there is such a thing. I work with several people whoselives are defined by their job. They have no personal life, and even come in voluntarily on the weekends..
