If you need to enable equation editor in Excel, go to Add/Remove Programs, select MSOffice, then "Change".

Choose "Add or Remove Features", check the "Choose advanced customization of applications". Expand "Office Tools", then enable equation editor.

Open Excel, select "Tools" , "Add-ins" from the menu bar, then check the box next to equation editor.

I think I already answered this under your other posting, but enter the numbers in scientific notation as formulas, e.g.

=1*10^-28

You can then do any kind of mathematical or other operation on these cells. Assuming the result has less than 15 leading or trailing zeros, you can format it as a "non-scientific" number.
