It would help you get more detailed responses if you specify which cellular service, and what kind of phone, and what kind of computer you have...

I have a Sanyo 8400 cell phone. To transfer pictures and videos I do the following.
1. connect the cable to an open USB port. (if your phone does not have this option stop here you have to use their service.)
2.Connect the other end to your phone it should beep and ask what type of connection you would like tell it USB or Mass storage device.
3. It should then show up on your computer as a USB key or small storage device.
Now you can use it just like a really small hard drive and move files on and off. just watch the size of the files. Oh, and videos on mine need to be in 3GP file format. As for Myspace or emails you need to know where the file is on your computer as well as the name of the file. Then look for options like Import, attachment, upload, etc...
Hope this helps

I depends on your cellular carrier. Most carriers now have Internet access available, so you can e-mail it to yourself as a multi-media message. You can also get a cord to connect your phone directly to your computer, which is difficult to find because the cords are phone-specific. If you have a Bluetooth phone you also may be able to get your pictures off it by using a Bluetooth PC adapter, which you can get from most electronic stores.
