If you feel cold, and you think you are dressed the way you ought to dress, then you ARE cold. My wife seems to feel cold at a temperature 7 degrees higher than the temperature at which I feel cold. And people react to being a bit cold, or feeling chilled on a cool humid day or before a rainstorm, quite differently. One thing that you can do is to wear sweaters, and a hat to keep your head warm, a scarf, globes, etc. Stop trying to heat your whole house just to stay warm and try dressing sensibly--that also costs a good deal less.
But if you feel cold, don't let anyone tell you "it's not cold". This is one thing that depends on how you feel about it, not other people.

That's funny, I'm freezing too, and I already took my bra off. No one to impress here while I'm home. It's like 11 below here in western PA

If you are talking about the winter bitter temperatures, YES!
We had a really mild winter until about two weeks ago and now we are paying for it. Wind chills to -25, snow came in and now we are getting more frigid temperatures. Is it Spring yet?

yes, i got back from a volleyball game ta my school, and the weather out was FREEZING cold! My hadns are shivering as i type this very second!
