If it's a selective herbicide for dicots it will kill the radish, mustard and peas. Brush killer or lawn weed killer would be an example of this kind of weed killer.

If it's a monocot selective weed killer it would kill the rye grass and corn. An example of this kind of weed killer would be Ortho Grass*b*Gon.

A nonselective would kill them all.

Herbicides are one of three varieties:

Broad spectrum- they kill most plants and weeds
Broad leaf- the kill leafy plants and weeds, like dandelions and most vegetables.
Grass Killers- Only work on grassy plants.

Farmers regularly use selective herbicides for weed control on their crops. Use extreme caution in all handling and application. The life at risk is your own. And if not used properly you can do serious environmental damage, and possibly harm your neighbors.

I would contact your State Agricultural Department for guidance before you do anything.

It depends on what herbicide you are using. There are selective herbicides that are safe for all of those crops, and some that are safe seperately for all those crops. Which herbicide you should use depends on what weeds you are trying to kill. Check out this link www.greenbook.net.

I wouldn't eat anything that a herbicide was every used on. I don't know how they would make anything woould not kill all plants. I would think that the seed (the plant) would have to be modified so it was not affected. Still sticking with I would never eat anothing that a hericide was used on.

If you apply herbicide(any) to the edible plants near the weeds to get rid of weeds you will get rid of everything.Try pulling up the weeds by hand (I know it's not fun) or using a weed hoe.
