how do I submit my art to deviantart?

how can I get my drawing, on paper, onto my computer in order to upload it. that sounds impossible.

You have to use a scanner to record the image on the paper into your computer.

There is a less expensive way. Trace the image with your mouse.

A mouse pen works even better.
