Please don't say Barry Bonds. All other power hitters, yes, but him no..... Even though it will be held at AT&T Park, I dont think he will be participating in anything except for the All Star Game, if he gets voted in. I think it will be a matter of the Giants management saving him for a possible record breaking HR after the break.
I'm saying "after the break" because if people did not notice, his skills are diminished and will take a lot of work to get the record, even though he's only 22 away. Look what a difficult time he had last season to get his total.
I'm a huge Giants and Bonds fan, but am just looking at the reality of it all. It's not a hitters park and he's not himself anymore. I just hope he gets the record and bows away quietly like a gentleman after the season.

Howard and Ortiz sure put on a good show. I think Bonds should be in there if haelthy. Wright, Morneau, Thome, both Ramierez brothers, Carlos Lee, Bay, Hafner, Sexson, Vlad and/ or Arod.

Albert Pujols most likely, maybe A-Rod, yeah Big Papi David Ortiz, Manny Ramirez possibly, and maybe Andruw Jones, um...thats all I'm sure about. Sometimes it's surprise hitters that have good seasons.

I think they should take the top HR hitters for each league up to the All Star break but include last years winner to defend his title. A lot of years they pick guys that have done diddly squat.
