Following up that real mature answer from Joey Payne...(grow up), I have to say this:
Sexy, to me, means being attractive, intelligent, smart, talented and an all around good person.....
Paul Walker is extremely attractive.
Nick Lachey is not my type at all. Too preppy.
I have no idea who Channing Tatum is. (Is this a generational thing? I'm only 29!!)
Colin Farrell is amazingly good looking and he's a bad boy....which is always a plus.
Leonardo? I've never really found him that attractive. Unless we're talking about Romeo and Juliet...he's hot in that!!
So, I guess I'll have to go with Paul Walker. Have you seen him in "Running Scared"? HOT!!!!!!! Yes, Paul Walker definitely. Closely followed by Colin Farrell. That irish brogue is just completely sexy!!!!

i've seen colin farrell in person lol. he has such an awesome accent, i was eating at the table right next to his and so i heard some of his conversation while he was on the phone. but i didnt get his autograph :-(

Leo, I guess. He's involved, isn't he? Despite breakup rumors, he's with model Bar Rafaeli, and I think they're the same age as well. 32, right? Yeah, Leonardo DiCaprio is really cute. I can't say hot, but definitely cute, you have to admit! He was a total darling in Titanic, alongside Kate Winslet, wow!

um....none of them i'd have to say. i've never seen channing tatum, nick lachey reminds me of my sixth grade social studies teacher (*shudders*), colin farrell...i guess he's decent, but not hot. never heard of paul walker, and leonardo di caprio creeped me out with his (albeit brilliant) performance as the aviator. whenever i look at him, i'm reminded of that freaky howard hughes who...peed in milk bottles when he was inside the movie theater....(*shudders*)
