I've noticed that alot of rap songs have a beat, a rythm, a tempo but the most oddest thing i hear are those female squeaky voices. Like in Cam'Ron's "Oh Boy",Twista's "Overnight Celebrity", and Kanye West's "Through the Wire". Who came up with the idea to add the squeaky voices that always repeats a scentence? And I know there were other songs but i dont remember so please tell me. and what about those voices make these songs so addictive?

Well the "squeaky voices" are actually a sped-up sample. This is mainly used by the producer Kanye West (which produced the songs you mentioned). Its part of his signature sound.
