Please, please, please - get a pet, not a chld!

It's possible to do what you say- look at Michael Jackson - he has 3 kids. And look at how much the world pities them.

The have to grow up knowing their own mother was only an EasyBakeOven and never even gave a damn about them.
So #1 - your mother couldn't care less about you.

And #2 - apparently your father couldn't get along with another human being his own age - ie a wife - so what made him even think he could handle the absolute neediness and lack of sleep of infancy, and then the terrible 2's, then the back talk of the 3's, etc, etc, etc.

If you're the child with the above #1 and #2, what chance do you have at mental health? Thanks Dad.

And why would you want a woman as the mother of your children who is capable of being so caring/unfeeling as to walk away from her child for $20 or even $2million?

And what if you & the EasyBakeOven had an autistic child ( which you wouldn't know that until around age 3 or 4). What if the child were otherwise not 100%? What are you Mr. Can't Commit going to do then?

And - I'm assuming you'd do IVF. What will you do with the frozen embryos you don't use? Embryos are 4 cells getting ready to grow to 8, then 16, etc. Are they life? What if your IVF procedure gives you twins or triplets?

If you are so convinced you'd make a great father - why not consider adopting? The need is so great - and you could be very specific about age, gender, health, sports interests, etc.

Are you talking about having a child with a total stranger ?? or someone that you know ??

Even so, no women giving birth to a child is gonna just let you raise the child without her.

If you want a child that bad, try adopting. I myself am adopted and I can tell you that there are so many children out there who need homes. (plus you can skip the whole diaper stage if you want).

Or you can start off by becoming a Big Brother to a kid who has no one. I did that one year and it has great rewards. It gave me quite a new perspective on having children (which I do.. she's 5)

Before I go, just want to say that I admire you're wanting to be a single parent. Good Luck !!

A child is not a commodity. Not many women would be prepared to go through a pregnancy and then child birth and then give up the child. What happens when you decide that you want to be alone again? You give the child back ?

You're looking for a surrogate mother? I’ve seen on the news about people who would do this, but then they changed their mind and kept the children.

You may want to put an ad for it, and you need a written contract of some sort to avoid any possible dilemma. Good luck!

It is unlikely, most women will want to keep their child. But that's strange because normally it is just the mother that raises the child by herself, not the father.
