I recently had a baby...2 months ago...I am now taking the ortho evra...Is it normal to bleed really heavy?

yes, i also use the patch but i did not have a kid but i do bleed really bad for three days stright. then it gets easer.

well from personal experiance you are not still bleeding from the delivery, i've had 2 kids. i was on the orthoevra patch after the second one and had a two week period the first time after i started on the patch, but after that period they started getting shorter and lighter. make sure you are using the patch correctly. you need to change it once a week, leave it on the entire week, use it three weeks then don't wear one for a week(thisis when you have your period) you must also make sure that you have the patch on your main trunk(like on your butt, back, hip or shoulder) don't put it on your arm or leg like a nicotine patch.
