Neither, since the alignment of the planets has NOTHING TO DO with ANYTHING.

First, please learn the difference between astrology and astronomy:
Astrology is pseudo-science, based on myth and folklore.
Astronomy is the scientific study of the nature and motions of celestial objects.
Your question is about astrology, and does not belong in the astronomy section. If you insist on concerning yourself with these falsehoods, you should post your question in the "astrology" section, which I think is under "entertainment," which is all it is good for.
Just give it a moment's thought: Is there any logical way that there could be a connection between the movements of distant stars and events or personalities on earth? Of course not.
Do yourself a favor, and forget about astrology. Instead, study real scientific understanding and the rational knowledge of modern times. You will find it much more useful, and even more fun!
Good luck...

First, there is NO scientific basis for any astrological events having any effect on earth.
Second, this section is for Astronomy and Space questions, not mythology - consider asking in the Mythology or Alternative categories.

NOTHING!
Please people, think a bit. Astrology is utter BS, and not a science! This is the astronomy section, it is for astronomy questions and not about the superstitions of astrology!

No, isn't that just the age of Aquarius!
The moon does cause tides, but it has nothing to do with Neptune on that end.
