Tell her nicely, how you could confuse her actions with possibly cheating on her boyfriend, and then give her a chance to explain what is going on.

Umm, ok just talk to her like and tell her, dont you think its kind of unfair to the other guy...or something like that. Just dont like be too direct and dont sound accusing, just try to sound neutral...

just hint around like when she is talking about it say "but isn't that sort of cheating ?" maybe she will think about what she is doing.
