i want to learn how to design/make cartoons on flash. looks like it could be interesting and very fun....plz help

Flash can be easy to learn. Unfortunately, to make it really good, you have to know scripting. For animation, there are tons of tutorials to use. Try some of these sites:

good idea, but you will need to put in a lot of hard work. The current version of flash is flash 9, and you can download a full working trial version which is valid for a month here:

I have learned flash from it's own help files.
It's a simple software to learn (if you stay away form the Scripting part)...
