The first month you may feel a little crampy, bloated and perhaps some nausea..stretch marks do not appear until your belly starts growing and your skin starts to stretch....as for movement in a first pregnancy you wont feel movement until 16-20 weeks.... Good Luck!

I didnt even know I was pregnant till I was 8 weeks along.
I did notice before that though that some of my clothes didnt fit as well but I put that down to eating too much junk food, but other than that I might have felt a little off colour but def no stretch marks at that early stage, no fluttering in my stomach, no pain and didnt even have morning sickness yet.
I think, looking back, the only symptom I experienced that early on was feeling like I had the flu and a really really blocked nose (pregnancy can cause your sinuses to stuff up) but I didnt regonise this as a symptom at the time.

My stomach was queasy almost from the moment of conception. Truly, I knew I was pregnant long before my period was ever late. But as for bloating, movement, backache..no, nothing like that. Just a constant feeling of nausea for the first three months.

Other than missing my period, I didn't feel anything either time (I've been pregnant twice). It's impossible to feel movement that early because the embryo is like the size of a navy bean. There's no backache because you're not carrying any extra weight and certainly no stretch marks because you haven't started putting on any weight. If you are having pain it would probably require you to go see your doctor.

I just felt a little nauseated like a hang over without the fog and my stomach was a little tender to the touch especially tight jeans like I had to use the bathroom (#2) but other than that nothing in outward appearance.

Many women don't realize they are pregnant until after one month. I didn't start feeling nausea until 3 months. My clothes started feeling a little tighter around the waist but nothing else that early in my pregnancy. Oh yeah, my breasts started aching fairly early.
