See a doctor. They are professionals. We YA users are amateurs. We're pretty good at telling you if a boy/girl in your class likes you. This sound serious.

Sorry that is the treatment. The Dr. will drain and eventually it will go down and stay down. It is not fun this I know but the only other thing is a possible knee replacement. Can you loose weight, has the Dr. told you anything you can do to help it get better or to not get so bad? If so, follow his instructions and try to keep this from happening. If you are diabetic, follow the meal and medication plans and exercise when you are able. Do what he says. I wish you luck and prayers are coming your way.

Did you bang, twist or did it pop in any way? If so just ice it every day 20 min. on and 40 min off. It should start to go down in a few days or a week.

motrin and ice, but it sounds like you should see a doctor - it could be infected.
