well i think black eyeliner will look nice on any body but try going for a liht shade of pink or bronze for your skin, sometimes it depends on your age sometimes young girls would look good in pink,orange,bronze or gold eyeshadow.
oh yeah mascarra would just add a bonus,eyelashes which can sweep the chimney

I would use black or blue eyeliner and a color in your shirt. An then a lot of mascara. make it really thick.
