Whats the difference between headbanging and moshing??

yes head naging is just banging your head
moshing is using your whole body, usually in a pit or somekind of small room with a stage.

head banging is movin' your dome back and forth. moshing if you will is as EXODUS will say Good Friendly Violent Fun. if you ever been to a metal show and the crowd is running in circles and hitting each other that's a mosh pit.
Pray you don't go to show in Houston,San Antonio,Austin, or Dallas. I always drag people in the pit who don't wanna jump in. I love the pit! Brujeria march 8th and 10th,baby!

moshing is a h.ell of a lot more fun! headbanging is a more violent version of headbobing, moshing is a metalhead's ballroom dance
