Start getting used to waking up early. Go ahead and do a test run to the jobsite so you will know what the traffic is like (so you will not be late).

Scope out places to eat, or prepare to bring your own lunch.

you have to face it head on, the longer you put it off the harder it'll get (trust me) just remember you won't be stuck at work all day, plan to do somthing for when you get home so you can look forward to doing that making the day really possitive and if it's really terable, which it probably won't be, you'll have somthing to cheer you up and you'll know it can only get better. good luck xoxox
