I envy you. If it's been a long time, it might feel like the first time.
It did with me. More than a year had past following a triple bypass with complications. It was like HEAVEN on Earth. My wife and I never bothered to put our clothes on that day.

Yes, in fact, that's a great way for you to tell if you're really into each other. If it comes naturally, you are. If it seems awkward, you might not be.

Depends what you're talking about. If you're referring to robbing a bank, then you should rethink your plans. But if it's relational, it should all be the same.
