No, it is not. Men of all races have the same levels of testosterone. And black men, controlling for age, education, and socioeconomic status, are no more violent than anyone else.

Wow, how illogical this question is. Black women are known to have most of the curviest bodies among races of women. I'm not talking about blob black women I'm talking about curvy black women. They are the majority of curvy bodies along with latinas. And you say that Black women have lots of testosterone? You have got to be kidding. Curves such as big booty and big breast mean estrogen. I didn't know that statistically they have higher levels of testosterone. One myth is that they have the biggest members guess what they don't. Maybe they are more prone to violence from hundreds of years of racism and bigotry.

All humans are violent. Evolution has designed us to be very, very good at killing things. The remarkable thing is that we can choose not to be violent. Many good people live fulfilling lives this way.
Other people harp on the phenotypic differences of people. We call them rascists, and we pity their narrowmindedness. Perhaps someday you will be less stupid, but probably not.

No, people are a product of their surroundings and the reason why violence is placed among black people is because our ghettos are primarily filled with minorities(not that all minorities are in ghettos) and violence is prevalent in lower-class neighborhoods. Is that level of testoterone thing even true? I doubt it.
