I ran out of bread crumbs trying to find my way through this question and back again. Still an atttempt at an answer.

Humans are sexual creatures. We are meant to be having sex and creating more of each other. This is physiologically speaking, not a value judgement. We certainly do have choices and limitations on what is best in the big picture of life. But medically, a body is usually healthiest doing the kinds of things that it was designed to do.

Sex and pregnancy are accounted for in a woman's body when it comes to life stages, hormone levels, etc...so I do think that having a healthy, and age appropriate reproductive life helps get the female body through life on the right track so to speak.

But there are so many other variables that it is far from the only thing to look at. There are cancer risks, sexually transmitted diseases, other chronic illnesses where sex should be restricted, etc. It is impossible to say whether it is a medical disadvantage to stay away from sexual activity.

Some last thoughts:

Physically safe sex is healthy because it is physical exercise.

Emotionally safe sex is great because it contributes to a person being happy and fulfilled.

So I guess if you are not having sex, you have to find other ways to exercise and fulfill yourself emotionally.

...Medical disadvantage?! You mean of not having sex and remaining single?

What disadvantage should be applicable?

What would bring you to believe that people who don't have sex suffer from some negative effect?

If you're wondering that much, I'll inform you: There is no medical disadvantage...

I cannot imagine a medical disadvantage for not having sex.
The missing fun advantage maybe, but hey you never know, maybe she's had the fun all by herself.

If you are so concerned about their welfare, why don't you ask some Catholic nuns??? I know that many nuns live well into their 80's and 90's so it looks like the answer to your question is "NONE".

In any even, you should be able to find a convent/Catholic religious order online somewhere in the world (seeing as you care so very much).
