Is this the standard khaki wash? If so, a lot of solid colors could potentially work since it's a neutral color for the most part. You can wear a black top to match your black shoes.

It depends on the style... I bought some cute sketchers at the sketchers outlet in Orlando and they look cute, not too chunky and go well with khakis and jeans.
I bought them in black b/c i think white shoes get too dirty.

white, black, brown, etc. it doesnt matter unless you know what shirt youre wearing with it.
