To be King of the U.S. you need three qualities, stupidity, arrogance and conceit. Sounds like you are qualified.

You'd have to either kill the current king or be born of the first born of the current queen.
Other than that, I'd imagine you'd have to wipe out the army with one of your own, sieze control of the government and declare yourself king.

You need to get an army together to defeat the armed forces and overthrow the goverment. Then you can do whatever you want.
