The only names they are ever called is Mom and Dad, even in the episode where Timmy went back in time to stop his dad from winning the trophy that Timmy accidentally destroyed. It seems to be a running gag, because every time we think we'll find out the name, the show cuts off or there's a loud noise or something to that effect.

Timmy's mom and dad. They don't have their own names. Everyone calls them Timmy's mom or Timmy's dad.
