For the courts sake it is best to send your certified divorce papers by mail in large 8 by 12 envelope. Serving these kind of papers is a big deal in yours and your soon to be ex-husbands lives. You may include a second pre-paid envelope of the same size for him to send the documents back to you or their proper destination. You may fold the inserted envelope. After they are returned, they will not be folder divorce papers to handle and be filed, but you will be given the plain and straight truth - without bends.

Send them register mail , return reciept required , that way you have an signature that the papers were recieved
