I have been bleeding like i am on my period, off and on for the last 4 weeks... more on than off. I have no idea what is going on this has never happened before.

There could be several reasons, are you on birth control? Is there a possiblity you could have had an incomplete miscarriage (not knowing you were pregnant), you could have fibroid tumors, which caused breakthrough bleeding for me.

You need to make an appointment with your dr. and get is resolved.

Go to a doctor. You may have a condition in which your uterus is constantly dispensing of the lining (like when you're on your period), for which he can subscribe some meds that will stop the bleeding. You could also have ovarian cysts. It sounds serious. You may be feeling physically drained since you have lost so much blood. I always drink apple juice and it makes me feel better.

It would be a good idea for you to contact your doctor. Depending on your age and general health the bleeding could be a symptom of a hormone imbalance or uterine fibroids. It is probably something easy to fix so please follow up with your doc!

I went through the same problem for over a year! Talk about a pain in the butt! But birth control does straighten it out....make sure to see a doc

Go see your Dr because it could be something serious. My friend had those symptoms and found out she had a hernia that burst.

oh god that happens to me too, see your doctor and she'll prescribe some birth control pills that can help stabilize your cycle. that's what i'm doing like...tomorrow.
