I KNOW!!!!!! it probably has something to do with pressure and hormones, plus that thought in the back of your head (common sense) that says that it most likely won't last, nd that there are more important thing to worry about. hope i helped (i have the same problem, but i look good as hell!!!! so it really doesen't make sense!!!!!)

Like most of the people who have already posted, I'd have to say that's because many adolescents are not fully developed and mature yet, and don't exactly know what love is. So they just fool around, have one-night stands, or just breaking up after what? A few days? Weeks? Yeah, basically that. Hope I helped.

Because until you hit your mid twenties (late twenties for guys) you are still in your 'pupa' stage. You are changing rapidly as a person as you figure out who you are and what is important to you. At the same time you are trying to figure out life and love and it is all very complicated.
But after you emerge from your coccoon you will find lots of other butterflies.

Because in high school and middle school, guys are mostly concerned with looks, and most likely sex. It's usually not till men are older that they learn to aprreciate what's inside.

B/c that is young and kids don't have a clue what love is. Most adults don't have a clue what love is. Just have fun and enjoy being a kid and not try to grow up fast.
