Hang out with people. When you're in public, (hopefully) you won't be able to masturbate, nor will you have the urge to do so, if you're occupied with talk, playing games, watching a movie, whatever. Go out, get some air.
When alone, either duct tape your hands together, or just try to exercise some control.
It might be easier to cut down on it than go cold turkey . . . maybe try to set aside only one time of the day when you get to have just one nice masturbation session, or promise to yourself that you have to do one thing (like clean your room, do HW, whatever) before you get to masturbate; use it like a reward.

Bluntly put -- a person shouldn't stop masturbating. If you are male, it's good for you: it prevents Prostatis and apparently (study compelling but not yet replicated) reduces the likelihood of developing Prostate cancer; it gives you pleasure, it increases your ability to perform sexually when you are with a partner and it does no harm.

There is no need to STOP masturbate, but just control yourself to cut it down to maybe once a day, and also find sometime to exercises, walking, running, enjoy the outdoor a little bit more.
