Mine did that for a while. He just wanted to look at lights and the tv. He stopped doing it after a few weeks of it. It seemed normal to me.

Nothing's wrong!
My midwife did say that a baby who has a close bond with it's mother, will show more attention to her. The baby may ook at it's mother even when somebody else is holding her and talking to her, as my own 11 week old daughter does. The baby may settle just by the sound of it's mother's voice.

No problems that I hear. Almost all babies love ceiling fans and TVs since they have a repetitive motion and are intriguing. I agree with the hearing check advice.

No at 11 weeks I don't see that being a problem. My baby did the same thing. She is just getting use to things and is looking around more. Probably being so up close to you is blurring her vision a little. It will change. Don't worry.

Ask if shes had a hearing test.... and if she passed.
Try making a loud noise to get her attention.
Maybe she is fixated on something and her attention is just too occupied by it.

THE BABY IS JUST DISTRACTED BY OTHER THINGS THATS GOING ON AROUND HER. TURN THOSE OTHER THINGS OFF AND SEE WHAT SHE DOES THEN.

Maybe you should just leave it alone, in another room or something. Don't care about it...just leave it to play by itself.
