This guy I work with, he and I had an affair about 6 months ago. I called it off and started working somewhere else about 2 months after ending it due to being transferred by my company. I've thought of him every minute of every day since but kept it secret and ignored his calls. In fact, I hung up on him 3 times that he called just trying to call it quits since we are both married. I'm very unhappily married to a man who has gotten incredibly FAT and doesn't care to go to a doctor or do ANYTHING about his weight. He hasn't always been this grossly obese. I'm not fat at all.. in fact, pretty good figured if I do say so myself. The guy I had the affair with is thin lean, looks like Tim McGraw and is so sweet. He's about 10 years older than me, and he is not happily married either. I now have been transferred back to the facility that he works at. It was so hard to not smile and just walk by the first time I saw him and just say hello how are you. He called the very next day.

why would you stay with a guy you don't desire any more, you need to leave him and move on. life is too short to waste as if on big couch potato. and the guy you work with same goes to him but maybe he has kids and that's why he stays any way I don't think this is love but lust. sometimes lust makes you think it's love but it just ain't because you would know.

It seems complicated, but you really only have three options:
1. Call it quits with your husband, and pursue the other man. You'll have to accept any consequences that go with it (taking your children away from their father, financial, etc.)
2. Break it off with the other man, and say that this whole thing was a mistake. Reconcile with your husband and make the best of your marriage.
3. Continue to lead a double life, and sneak around with the other man while trying to maintain your pseudo-marriage with your husband.
It really boils down to one of those three things, and everyone here can say as much as they want. In the final analysis, its your choice. Choose wisely.

Get a divorce you said for better or worse in sickness and in health till death do you part, the guy you are having an affair with is wrong also he will probably never leave his wife and if he was so unhappy he would have filed for a divorce and you also..

The first thing you have to do is make sure your husband losses weight and tell him that if does not there will be consequences. If he still refuses divorce and go into the sunset with Tim

You are married, so that is the reason you are unhappy, because your husband gained weight....wow...what about his heart? how does he treat you? there is more to life than looks....besides you had affair....your husband deserves to know, this is not fair to him, stop being so selfish, your selfish ways will destroy you in the end, we are all responsible for our own actions......God knows everything that we do.

you should just accept your hubby for who he is...not how he looks.....thats very superficial and tacky of YOU....if the situation was reversed......how would YOU f eel.....just cause you were fat????????? grow up.
