His cranium cannot with stand the pressures of certain speech.
seriously, he has a problem with words he doesnt say well, and then when he has to say them, he gets even more tongue tied and cannot correct his speech to say it right. Its like when you are giving a speech and you just cant get one word right, but the rest come out OK.

As far as i know ...just NUKE is more like a quick word not used by the Politicians...and he uses the correct word ''Nuclear ''
