Hey I know the best two books for you. Twilight and New Moon. The best books you will ever read. If I start a summary you won't read it because it will be like 8 paragraphs!! Just read the books and you will find that they r really good! Read twilight first...and then new moon.

Hm...Have you tried Inkheart and Inkspell. I know they aren't really romance, but there is some romantic moments between two of the younger charaters. Especially in Inkspell. They're action/adventure/scifi type of thing, but I read them right after I turned 14. Really good.

Janette Oke books are good. I enjoyed the Love Comes Softly series, as well as most of the rest of her books.

If you like fantasy, you could try Twilight and New Moon by Meyers. There's kissing in them, but I would consider that clean.
