I'm using NO Download program. IE has a way to limit your download box's to safe your bandwidth (i suppose). I knew how to up this once, and thought it was in Internet Options, but I cannot find the option to change it.

You are using what kind of browser? IE would normally DL any numbers as long as you are not using any download manager like flashget, DAP or Download Manager (lots more, doesn't have to describe all does I?)
Well if you're using one of this kind, you should take the option tabs and click on download option, increase the amount of sync download per time (default is 2, for most manager out there).
So check out if you had any download manager and open the window, go to option and change to the number you desire..

Solved the question? If you had none(the manager), it is impossible. That's it.
