Okay, I just recently had my first period, and I was wondering:
How often are you supposed to have that clear/whitish discharge?
Is it normal to get it every day? If not, do you know why I am getting it practically every day?

It's completely normal and healthy to have discharge everyday as long as there is not a foul odor or unusual color. Most women will have small amounts of creamy white discharge shortly after their period. When you are ovulating the amount of discharge may increase and become stringy. When ovulation has finished discharge may become thick and white again or it may stop as a period will be starting shortly.

It is perfectly normal; and unfortunately, you will get it every day. In fact, the average amount is 2 tablespoons a day, which seems like a bunch, but that is one icky thing we women have to look forward to.
However, if it is very thick and you feel very itchy down there, you may have a yeast infection. That can be cured with over the counter medicines.
