When you say 'before they air', do you mean literally, before they come on t.v? I'm a bit confused. If you mean before they air in japan, just search the episode in any search engine, or go to youtube. If you mean before they air, anywhere it wouldn't be possible. But I assume you mean the first one.

why do people bother asking questions like this? they've been asked like a hundred times already!!!!!!! doesn't anyone notice the "search for questions bar"? and practically everyone answered "youtube" or "google video" because that's where all these online videos are, durr.

The most organized and well set up streaming anime site is http://www.animeviewer.net
It just links them from other sites, bolt, dailymotion, but there all in categories and by episode number so you dont have to go looking for them

i found one once called my.com it lets you watch many series but ive found a few greast download sites foir bleach go to www.bleachexile.com and for alot of different series try www.animebw.com i guarantee these sites rock
