After violent felonies yes, but then again, I think most violent felons (murders, rapist, and child molesters) should get 25-life the first time and life if the get caught a second time. Those crimes change so many people lives and yet they are released back out onto the street to reoffend.

And, in some cases like murder, terrorism, child predators, etc., where the victim and family is harmed for life, it should be one strike and you're out!

Yes. After all, if a person consiously makes the same decision (which is to commit serious crimes against other people) over and over, he/she does not belong in the society. Why should others suffer?

If your talking Drugs, yes. I think if you are involved with drugs to kids, one strike is all that I would give, Rape, Murder, child abuse all such crimes, one strike.

Only in cases regarding violent felonious acts--non-violent drug offenses should all be classified as misdemeanors. Screw this countries fascination with crime, punishment, and the proliferation of a prison industrial complex--
