Eric Clapton. His best pure blues song is"Have You Ever Loved a Woman?", and his best blues-rock is (you guessed it) "Layla." Of course the most underrated for blues is Jimi Hendrix. "Little Wing" and "Red House" and his best blues. There's a little band named Led Zeppelin that plays some good ones like "What is and What Should Never Be," and a little diddy by the name of "Stairway to Heaven" (it may not sound too bluesy, but it's completely blues-based). One of those more unknown ones that I like is "Cry, Cry, Cry" by Steve Miller Band.
