Lets say you have been paying 49 bucks a month for high speed
Internet and always wondered why sometimes it was slower than other times.And then when the guy next door moved it was fast all the time cause he was using your unsecured connection eating up your bandwidth.At your expense would you like that?

depending on what hardware and OS system you have this can be very difficult or very easy. The easiest way to try is to download backtrack live cd and use the Airoscript tool on the cd. WEP cracking can be very quick if you ahve a wireless card that supports injection this can speed up the cracking process. Please be aware that this is actually illegal to do

Shame on them for not putting in a password, but you still shouldn't, it's illegal if you do not have the owner's permission and you can be arrested for it if caught.

Yes, it is wrong. It slows down their connection and is an invasion of privacy.

So.. do it until they put a password on it.
